I wanted to take this opportunity to say a personal and huge thank you to Mr Seneviratne and his pupils for the opportunity to observe their reading lesson - seeing the gradual release of responsibility and the modelling of the thinking aloud was brilliant but what really blew me away were the learning behaviours - the intent, the focus, the purposeful atmosphere were just incredible....a perfect advert for what is possible.
