School Performance and Reports

At Alexandra Park, we believe that every child deserves the highest levels of care, support and education. Our values-led curriculum is designed to ensure that every child develops the knowledge, skills and character needed to flourish both in school and beyond. Everything we do is driven by our commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential. As part of our review of outcomes, we reflected on the remarkable achievements of our children. Their hard work, determination and commitment to learning have resulted in outcomes that place Alexandra Park amongst the highest-performing primary schools in England.

This year, our Key Stage 2 attainment in reading, writing and mathematics placed Alexandra Park within the top 5% of schools nationally, meaning our children achieved some of the strongest outcomes anywhere in the country.
We are equally proud of the progress children make throughout their time with us. Our progress measures place Alexandra Park amongst the very best schools nationally, with:

• Reading progress in the top 4% of schools nationally
• Writing progress in the top 6% of schools nationally
• Mathematics progress in the top 1% of schools nationally

Schools often do well in either attainment or progress. We are particularly proud that Alexandra Park performs exceptionally strongly in both measures. This means that children not only leave us with excellent outcomes, but also make exceptional progress during their time with us, regardless of their starting points.
These achievements are a reflection of the ambition and resilience of our children, the expertise and dedication of our staff, and the strong partnership we have with our families. Together, we have created a school where children are supported to thrive academically, socially and personally.

Whilst we are incredibly proud of these outcomes, we remain ambitious. Our focus continues to be on ensuring every child receives the very best education possible and is equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for the next stage of their journey.  Please see below for full details of all our external data points:
